Wayne Kinsey is following up his hugely successful 2002 book Hammer Films - The Bray Studios Years (published by Reynolds and Hearn) with Hammer Films - The Elstree Studios Years. The book picks up where 'Bray Studios' left off, and promises to be bigger than the previous volume, with over 400 pages crammed with "blood rare photos".
The book is being published by Tomahawk Press for release this month.
To celebrate the launch of the book and a new documentary on Hammer's vampires by Don Fearney (The Legend of Hammer - Vampires) a one day Hammer festival including screenings of Kiss of the VampireThe Brides of Dracula and is being held at the Cine Lumiere in Kensington, London on Saturday 27 January 2007 from 10 am- 7pm.
