Just watched the Blu Ray, excellent! Very good Hammer film and lovely quality on Blu Ray. Has anyone noticed the gloved hand in the very last shot of the movie, as Quatermass comes round the corner to see Barbara sitting down recovering (just before the end titles) Maybe the camera man was cold? It is also creepy.

I agree, brilliant film, in my opinion one of Hammer's best. Also not very often seen on TV, love the un-cut version.

I remember seeing this a child on tv and really enjoying it, but have never seen it since? Would like to get it on DVD. I love Barbara Shelly, whatever she is in. I was doing a play once that she was supposed to have been in, I nearly died when I found out. She didn't do it for some reason, but I suppose I would have driven her mad about Hammer!

Youv'e got to love Bette Davis in this? I bet there was more action off set than on! Would love to know some of the 'behind the scenes' stories.

This is my favourite Hammer film, but is not seen on tv very often? There are so many stand out moments. I have the DVD but I hope we get the Blu Ray in England soon.
