Further conditions
UK Courier delivery takes upto 2 working days, hand delivered to the address specified, and requires signature for receipt.
We will only deliver twice to an address without further charge, so please ensure someone is on hand to receive the package, or organise delivery to your work-place or alternative drop-off like a neighbour's house or garden shed. Package tracking available, please ring the Customer Services for further information.
Saturday deliveries not available by courier. However orders placed on Thursday will be despatched Friday by Royal Mail 1st class for delivery Saturday.
International Delivery is by Royal Mail International and can take upto 36 days to the USA.
International UPS delivery tends to be very expensive for larger items such as the Forbidden TerrorTory Board Game. Please email us for a quote.
All delivery times are estimates, we do not refund for late deliveries. We despatch our parcels next working day, if our courier company delays delivery we cannot be held responsible for this.
